Unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation, software licence details or activation information may be provided within 2–3 business days after payment verification, subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant software provider.
7. Software Licences and Subscriptions
Software products sold or supplied through Aptus may be subject to the licence agreement, subscription terms and usage restrictions of the applicable software publisher or manufacturer.
Aptus may act as an authorised reseller, partner, distributor or service provider for certain software products.
A software purchase generally provides the customer with a licence or subscription right and does not transfer ownership of the underlying software intellectual property.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable publisher's licence terms.
This may include restrictions relating to:

Third-party products may be governed by separate terms, licence agreements, privacy policies, warranties and support arrangements.
Aptus will provide reasonable assistance in relation to products purchased through Aptus; however, certain technical support, warranty claims, licensing decisions or service availability may be controlled by the relevant manufacturer or publisher.
Where applicable, customers may be required to communicate directly with the third-party provider for certain technical or licensing matters.
9. Licence Activation and Delivery
Digital products, software licences, subscription details, activation codes, serial numbers or licence information may be delivered electronically through:
- Customer account;
- Registered email address;

Where available, Aptus may send renewal reminders before licence expiry.
Reminder communications may be sent at intervals such as:
90, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry.
These reminders are provided as a customer convenience and do not transfer responsibility for renewal from the customer.
A licence or subscription may expire automatically if it is not renewed in accordance with the applicable provider's terms.
Renewal pricing and availability may change based on the applicable publisher, product, subscription plan or commercial terms.
11. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Aptus as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order.
For physical products, cancellation may not be possible once the product has been dispatched.
For software licences, subscriptions, activation codes or other digital products, cancellation may not be possible once the licence has been issued, activated, assigned or provisioned, subject always to applicable law and the terms of the relevant software provider.
Where an order has not yet been processed, Aptus will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request.

Where a return is approved, the product may be inspected before the applicable remedy is processed.
