Senior Project Engineer

Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – ELV Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Engineer – ELV with 8+ years of relevant experience to lead and manage ELV projects from execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and proven experience in handling ELV projects and teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage ELV projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and handover. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams. • Review and approve ELV drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submittals, and project documentation. • Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, materials, and budgets to ensure timely delivery. • Supervise and guide project engineers, supervisors, and site teams. • Coordinate ELV installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Identify and resolve technical issues, project risks, and delays. • Manage RFIs, technical submittals, inspections, approvals, and project reports. • Provide regular project updates to management and ensure effective project documentation. • Perform other project management and engineering duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field. • 8+ years of relevant ELV project engineering experience. • Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, PA, SMATV/IPTV, etc. • Proven experience in ELV project execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation. • Excellent project coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and relevant project software knowledge is an advantage. • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Competencies • Relevant ELV, engineering, or project management certifications are an added advantage. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of projects. • Strong stakeholder and client coordination skills. • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities. • Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities. • Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
